The top of my hair is curly and hte bottom is wavy and messy. Any suggestions on how to make my hair curly all curly without getting anything done permanently. Preferably something guick and easy.

why not try different shampoos and conditioners...and you could also try 'leave ins' that help you hair stay curly..

there is a WIDE variety of stuff...it took me a while to find the right one for me..but it was worth it.

My mom and music teacher has the same hair issue and they use a curling iron to make their hair nice and curly, instead of messy. I suggest you put hairspray on after curling so it stays all day.

You should also get a curling iron that would make the curls the same size as on the top, so it looks natural. If you have to choose between a curling iron thats either bigger or smaller that your natural curls, then go for the bigger size.
